As a journalist who's worked in markets across the country, the diversity of stories Karen Carlson has seen can't fit into this small box! Her other works, including book and freelance writing, and other business projects in this related field make certain she's never bored. What little time she has left is spent volunteering as an emcee for events that range from the Regional Emmys to the Los Angeles Commission on Assaults on Women.
Karen has been to more than 20 countries and nearly every state in the Union, but her favorite place of all is New Orleans, Louisiana. Her closest friends reside there and the vibrance of the city is in her blood.
